Cash on Delivery

We also provide you with the option of Cash on Delivery, but let us warn you: this only covers limited PIN codes and we shall add a tiny amount of  ₹50 to your order total. Your COD order will be confirmed by us before processing it. We may call you on your given contact number. If you do not receive a call from us in 24 hours, we request you to please call us & confirm your order. This can speed up the order processing.


We understand that you can be impulsive and might want to cancel an order once you realize it's the end of the month and you have no money to spend (as long as you come back to us once you do). You can cancel it within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it might be a tad bit difficult for us, so think fast!


We really like our products and take a lot of pride in them. But we're not perfect, we make mistakes too, we are only human. In case we've sent you the wrong item, drop us an email or contact us with a photograph (short video if needed) of the item and we'll make it right!

In case there is a manufacturing defect, drop us an email or contact us with the photograph (short video if needed) of the defected item within 48 hours after you receive it, we will be happy to replace your item! (Replacements are subject to stock availability). Please note, all the exchanges will be done for the same item that you have purchased, subject to approval. We may take 3 - 5 working days to process your exchange request. Request you to please be patient.


On the off chance you don't like our item at all and just want a refund, we'll organize that too. But, that is purely subject to approval from our management team. But please be fast, returns are possible within 7 Days  of item receipt. If the item is bought under clearance, sale, discounted price or using promotion coupon only exchanges (within 7 Days of product receipt) will be possible against manufacturing defects.

7 days Replacement only

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 07 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

No Returns categories  

Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.

B - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:




Correct Product

Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

C- General Rules for a successful Return


  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable. 
  3. For products where installation is provided by Authorized  service Center , do not open the product packaging by yourself. authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

All refunds for orders will be done only in your Wallet. The credits in your   wallet can be used to purchase any item from our store. Please Note : You cannot use your  Wallet credits to purchase items under any promotion.
